The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federal government program that provides food-purchasing assistance for limited-income and no-income people to help them maintain adequate nutrition and health.

In 2018, the found that an estimated 2 million at-risk college students who may be eligible for SNAP benefits did not receive them.
The Hub鈥檚 peer-to-peer SNAP program aims to provide TU students with the support they need to successfully apply for SNAP benefits. We recognize that many students struggle with food insecurity and lack access to adequate nutrition.

Electronic copies of a photo ID, student transcript, proof of residency (e.g., rent receipt, if applicable), Social Security card or birth certificate, and your last two pay stubs (or an employer letter/tax return).
