Biography

Dr. Hanna, Assistant Professor of Spanish and French, holds a PhD in French Literature from Princeton University, where his dissertation research focused on the reception and imitation of 16th-century Spanish convent poetry in 17th-19th-century France and Belgium. For more than a decade Dr. Hanna has worked as a researcher and teacher in the area of Spanish and French languages and literatures. He has served as Assistant Professor of Spanish and French at Frederick Community College, Lake Forest College (Illinois) and 缅北禁地 University. At Lake Forest College Dr. Hanna served as interim coordinator of the Paris Study Abroad Program and as Chair of the Latin American Studies Program.
