Kyle Leppert, MA, CSCS is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology within the College of Health Professions at Ãå±±½ûµØ University. Mr. Leppert has worked in research and applications of exercise for health and performance for over nearly two decades. He primarily works in topics of long-term athlete development, sport coaching, and health and performance in youth/adolescent athletes. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, USA Lacrosse certified coach, and continues to work directly with youth athletes in the Baltimore region.
